Volunteer Opportunities
We are always looking for interested volunteers to help with our many new and ongoing
restoration
projects. NO SPECIAL SKILLS OR EXPERIENCE NEEDED. Volunteer activities include propagating,weeding, watering, planting, and other habitat maintenance.

Volunteer Groups
Tuesday Group
The Tuesday Group meets every Tuesday morning from 9am to noon at various locations within our Open Spaces or at our native plant nursery. The location
is dependent on season, weather, and what activities are most needed at the time. To find out where this group will be or to join, please contact Lesley

Oak Maintenance Group
Every winter the Oak Maintenance Group spends time checking on and maintaining the hundreds of surviving oak trees we have planted in the last 20 years.
The group meets every other Saturday starting in November and going until the end of April, weather depending. Activities include weeding, pruning, and
maintenance of the protective enclosures. If you are interested in joining this group contact Dick Daniel at

NEW! - Weekend Group
Due to the increasing number of projects we are working on and demand from interested volunteers, the Foundation is now going to start leading groups
of volunteers on the weekends. These groups will be going out every other weekend December-February, monthly the rest of the year. The location is
dependent on season, weather, and what activities are most needed at the time. To find out where this group will be or to join, please contact Lesley
